monday- last baseball game- made an error that (almost) cost us the game.
tuesday- bench till i couldn't bench anymore, squatted 175 lbs 55 times whic would help the next day when:
wednesday:-plyos. wtf. they killed me, which set up nicely for the next day:
thursday: wrestling @ suffern. got fucked up by some suffern dude, think i re injured my shoulder. and my body gave in so easily  due to the wear of the past coupl of days.

but good news: my ankle pick is still unstoppable. bitches.
